Jessica & Brenden - November 2025

November 1st turned out to be the perfect late-autumn day for Jessica and Brenden to say 'I do' at our beautiful "Willows" outdoor ceremony site. We're so excited to share some details of their perfect day!

Jessica and Brenden’s November wedding ceremony under the Willow trees at The Farmhouse wedding venue in Delaware, featuring ivory and mauve floral decor.

We asked the newlyweds a few questions... How did you meet your significant other? How did they propose?

Brenden and I met on Hinge. We were living about 15 minutes from each other and didn’t even know it!

We were taking our dog Skye on a walk at the Reading Museum, and Brenden suggested walking through the flower garden. That is where he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!

Why did you choose The Farmhouse for your wedding?

We live in Pennsylvania, and we looked at a couple of venues near us, but they were all so expensive. I also wanted a venue that was all-inclusive or very close to it. When I searched all-inclusive on Zola, The Farmhouse was one of the first ones that came up! We drove for an open house and fell in love with the venue. It was big enough to accommodate our family and friends but still gave the small, intimate feel. Also, all of the amenities that were included at The Farmhouse was a definite plus!

Your wedding meal is part of the memory- what dishes (or drinks!) stood out to you or your guests?

The corn bread stuffed chicken was delicious, along with the pasta and even the green beans and potatoes! All the guests that we spoke to after the wedding said how great the food was! We also had so many guests rave about the champagne that was included!

What was one of your favorite moments on your wedding day?

The best moment was just having all of our family and friends there and seeing that they were having a great time! Another memory that sticks out is, we chose to do a private last dance at the end of the night. I loved it being just us two in the room, with all the candles lit… it was so romantic!
